7. Graduate visa

A Graduate visa gives you permission to stay in the UK for at least 2 years after successfully
completing a course in the UK.
You must be in the UK when you apply.

Eligibility

You can apply for a Graduate visa if all of the following are true:

you’re in the UK
your current visa is a Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa
you studied a UK bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree or other eligible course

your education provider (such as your university or college) has told the Home
Office you’ve successfully completed your course

8. India Young Professionals Scheme visa

An India Young Professionals Scheme visa allows Indian citizens between 18 and 30 years old
to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years.

You must be selected in the India Young Professionals Scheme ballot before you can apply for

13. Secondment Worker visa (Global Business Mobility)

Apply for this visa if your overseas employer is transferring you to the UK to do an eligible
job for a different organisation.

Your overseas employer must have a high-value contract with the UK organisation.

14. Service Supplier visa (Global Business Mobility)

You can apply for a Service Supplier visa if you have a contract to provide services for a UK
company, either as:

an employee for an overseas company
a self-employed professional based overseas

15. UK Expansion Worker visa (Global Business Mobility)

A UK Expansion Worker visa allows you to come to the UK to set up a branch of an
overseas business that has not started trading in the UK yet.

You must already work for the overseas business as either a senior manager or specialist
employee.

16. Representative of an Overseas Business visa

You can apply as a representative of an overseas business if you’re an employee of an
overseas newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organisation posted on a long-term
assignment to the UK.

If you’re a representative of an overseas business planning to set up its first UK branch, apply
for a UK Expansion Worker visa (Global Business Mobility) instead.

17. Apply for Service providers from Switzerland Visa

You can apply for a Service Providers from Switzerland visa if you work for a company based
in Switzerland and your employer needs you to work on a contract in the UK. The contract to
carry out work in the UK must have been signed and started before 11pm on 31 December
2020.

If you are a Swiss national, you can also apply to the route as a self-employed service provider
if you are based in Switzerland.

If you are employed, your employer can only send staff to the UK for 90 days per calendar
year across all employees and contracts, including weekends and bank holidays. It is your
employer’s responsibility to make sure you and any other staff who need to work in the UK do
not collectively exceed the 90-day limit. If you are self-employed it is your responsibility.

18. Innovator Founder visa

You can apply for an Innovator Founder visa if:

you want to set up and run an innovative business in the UK – it must be something
that’s different from anything else on the market
your business or business idea has been endorsed by an approved body, also
known as an endorsing body
you meet the other eligibility requirements.

This visa used to be called the Innovator visa.

19. International Sportsperson visa

You can apply for an International Sportsperson visa if you meet the eligibility
requirements and your sport’s governing body endorses your application, confirming:

you’re an elite sportsperson or qualified coach
you’re internationally established
your employment will develop your sport in the UK at the highest level.

This visa replaced the Sportsperson (T2) visa and the sporting part of the Temporary Worker
– Creative and Sporting visa (T5).
