Wills & Probate Legal Services

We will help you make your Will and go through the process of probate if required.

Your will is your decision that what happens to your money, property and possessions after your death.

In UK the estimate is that 85% of the people do not make a Will or they end up with a non-legally binding Will which holds no value. (for example you make it online will but not formally witnessed and signed to make it legally valid. This will may not be legally accepted)

This is probably the most important document you would prepare in your life as it will have impact on what you wish to leave for your loved ones. Making a will might seem to be easy but there are certain legal requirements which need to be followed in order for the will to be legally binding

We have experienced lawyers who always take into consideration clients’ needs. We offer fixed fee for straight forward Will and offer very competitive rates for complex matters, such as, Inheritance Tax, creation of Trusts, making provisions for the children of a first marriage etc.

If you want to update your will, you need to make an official alteration (called a ‘codicil’) or make a new will.

You should review your will every 5 years and after any major change in your life, eg:

  • Getting separated or divorced
  • Getting married (this cancels any will you made before)
  • Having a child
  • Changing address
  • If the executor named in the will dies.
